NORIE C. BORDADOR – President
She has 21 years experience in Market Research companies. Her functions covered Finance, Controllership, Taxation, Business Partnering, Contracts and Pricing, Business Restructuring, Merger and Acquisition , Statutory compliance, Financial and accounting systems. She was the Executive Director at the Nielsen Company prior to her retirement. She was the Southeast Asia regional CFO of ACNielsen Company for 5 years. Prior to this, she was the local Chief Financial Officer of the Survey Research Group, a British Market Research Company until it was acquired by ACNielsen, an American Market Research Company with global presence based in the USA. She worked as Finance Director of Unisys Philippines (an American computer company) for 6 years and with Philippine National Construction Corporation as SAVP – Controller and Accounting Manager for more than 10 years. She had 5 years of internal audit work experience.
She graduated with Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Cum laude .She took MBA Studies at the Ateneo de Manila University. She is a member with the Financial Executive Institute of the Philippines (FINEX) where she was a member of the Board as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary from 2002-2008. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. (PICPA) and other civic organizations.
JOSE E. MADDATU – Managing Director
Presently President of Saint Joseph Farms and Jemstown Realty Corp. Formerly the EVP/General Manager of EASYCALL COMMUNICATIONS PHILS.INC. where he was connected for ten years. He handled senior level management positions in various companies and industries in the areas of finance, controllership, operations and general management. He has more than 25 years work experience in audit / management firm (SGV), Banks, Construction Company (PNCC), Agri farming and Aqua culture (Malaysia), Information Technology and other companies. He has more than 25 years of working experience in his family business in food service, farming, live stock production and retailing of farm inputs, hardware and general merchandise.
He graduated with a degree in BSC, Cum Laude , UNIIVERSITY OF THE EAST(1966) and took MBA studies at the Ateneo de Manila University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. A life member of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) , Financial Executive Institute of the Philippines (FINEX) and other civic groups. He is an awardee of the Parangal ng Bayan Award (1998) and the 1998 Kawayan Awards of Las Pinas City.
