- Male, 25 to 50 years old
- At least High School Graduate
- Articulate and can communicate well
- Good at Skip Tracing (People Locating)
- Must own and ride their own motorcycle
- With adequate knowledge of their areas
- Needing FIELD NEGOTIATORS from different locations: Butuan, Zamboanga, Cotabato, Gensan, Samar Leyte, Negros Oriental, Tacloban, Bulacan, Pangasinan, Manila
