Qualification
- Graduate of Bachelors of Science in Accountancy, preferably CPA
- Must have at least Five (5) Years work experience as Accounting Head/ Manager
- Knowledge of QuickBooks computerized accounting system is an advantage
- Good level of competence in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Analytical & adept to details
- Good in verbal & written communication skills
- Able to manage high volume workload
- With good moral character and integrity
- Highly organized and responsible and self sufficient
- Can work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision
General Duties:
➢ Responsible for ensuring general book keeping for accurate financial accounting and reporting.
➢ Recording and analysis; Journal Entries, Month End Closing, General Ledger.
➢ Payroll Preparation
➢ Manages Accounts Receivables and Payables
➢ Accurate & timely processing and released of payroll
➢ Manages cash flow and ensure its accuracy.
➢ Ensure tax compliance & compliance to other government requirements\
➢ Manages general & financial accounting
➢ Ensure accurate & timely billing to clients.
➢ Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
