Job Responsibilities:
Manage information technology and computer systems
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP)
Develop and implement of policies and procedures relative to IT/EDP and computer systems operations and development.
Mainly responsible for the following:
Be fully familiar with all hardware and software and network operating system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating systems.
Provides staff training, support, and direct assistance to users.
Maintain inventory of all IT hardware, software and resources.
Monitor and maintain technology to ensure optimum access
Troubleshoots all technology issues work stations, connect and set up hardware
Provide network accounts and passwords as required
Input and maintain IP addresses
Ensure safety and security of all IT facilities and programs
Perform other related duties as required during working hours. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
